Find your favorite green shirt and save the date. These Shamrock-themed events are pure gold.
 

Shamrock Shuffle


The 712 Initiative and TS Bank present the 7th Annual Shamrock Shuffle 5K run/walk on Saturday, March 14. The run will take place in historic downtown Council Bluffs starting and ending on the 100 Block of West Broadway. Festive attire is encouraged for this 5K. Get your ticket now.

A street party on the 100 Block will follow the run. Complete with live music, an outdoor beer garden, a photo booth and more!
Volunteers are needed to make this event a shamrockin’ good time.
  • Pre-event volunteers: Times are flexible, with a 2 hour commitment
    • Build balloon arches
    • Stage event supplies at The 712 Initiative office
    • Move event supplies to 100 Block
    • Chalk paint the 5K route

    • Race Set Up - 7am - 9am
    • Race Day Registration - 8am - 9:30am
    • Beverage Backpack Operators - 8:30am - 12pm
    • 712 Table Support - 8:30am - 12pm
    • Race Tear Down - 12:30pm - 2pm
