#ShopforGood: Literacy
How do you "Shop for Good", you ask? Well, with a few clicks on local nonprofit wish lists, you and send items nonprofits need for their missions! This week our theme is Literacy. Here are just a few items you can send to make a difference:
Girls, Inc. of Omaha
"The item that we need the most is books and literacy games. Books open a world of possibility for our girls and their families. Reading at home with family helps children become more confident readers, develop stronger vocabulary skills, and strengthen familial bonds. Literacy games offer a fun way to practice and build reading skills in an engaging way."
