Guest blog: Medical Solutions declares “Human-first”

As CEO of Medical Solutions, one of the nation’s largest healthcare talent ecosystems, I often think about what it means to “care.” It is at the core of what we do and how we live and lead within our company and in our communities.
When our partners at SHARE Omaha recently asked me why we are enthusiastic about supporting the upcoming #GivingTuesday402 campaign as a Collective Impact Lead Sponsor, my first thought was, “because we care.”
At Medical Solutions, we have always believed in putting people at the heart of everything we do. Human First is a phrase we live by, and this approach guides our actions and decisions, shaping our commitment to prioritizing the well-being and happiness of people, fostering stronger community ties, and inspiring positive change. This is why we wholeheartedly support SHARE Omaha and the #GivingTuesday402 campaign. On Nov. 28, 2023, when Giving Tuesday is celebrated across the globe, just image how we can impact our local neighborhoods if we raise $5 million together to support 700+ vital greater Omaha metro nonprofits.
Our partnership with SHARE Omaha is an investment in the betterment and vitality of the Omaha community we call home. We truly believe that when we come together, we can make our community a better place for all.
We celebrate the importance of inclusion, empathy, compassion, and social responsibility. #GivingTuesday402 aligns perfectly with our company and who we are. We are excited about the opportunities the event offers for us to actively engage with and support the causes that matter most to our neighbors, friends, and partners.
