What We Do

The Nebraska Humane Society protects, saves and enriches the lives of animals in the communities we serve. We love dogs, cats, horses and all animals. A lot. We shelter them when no one else will and lavish them with kindness and dignity until they find their forever homes or are reunited with their families. YOU are the help that becomes their hope; whether you volunteer, take a training class, send your children to camp, adopt or donate!

Currently, Nebraska Humane Society is working to help animals who have been ravaged by flooding. If you would like to make a difference for these animlals please take a peek at our wish list below and send us a few items.
