What We Do
P4Hope enlists and empowers mentors who will partner with young adult former foster youths on their journey toward independence.
P4Hope joins a collaboration of agencies in servicing youth as they move into apartment living by delivering their selected furniture, sharing a pantry of food and presenting the opportunity of P4Hope mentoring. P4Hope matches mentors to young adult former foster youth mentees based on an interview process of both the mentors and mentees. P4Hope provides ongoing support to the mentoring pair, ongoing training for the mentors, and helps support the former foster youths P4Hope serves.
P4Hope encourages community connections and a mentoring relationship that will allow the mentee to partner with their mentor through their guidance towards independence.
Giving Tuesday (Dec. 3) Goal: $2,500 - to be used for former foster youth's needs, such as emergency funding, household supplies and educational expenses. Donate to the left, now, with donation code GT402 to contribute.
