Volunteer as a mentor to donate your most precious resource - your time!
We ask for a one-year commitment during which time Partnership 4 Hope provides ongoing support and training for you to mentor a Young Adult Former Foster Youth. We require 4 hours of in-person contact per month and weekly communication via text or phone with your mentee.
Partnership 4 Hope helps young adult former foster youth navigate independence with your help!
