What We Do
Carole's House of Hope is a transitional living home providing supportive, safe and secure housing to homeless young women and mothers (ages 19-26), and their children, most of whom have experienced trauma and have aged out of the foster care system.
We provide hope and healing, and ultimately self-sufficiency and independence, by providing the resources for them to build successful lives for themselves and their children.
Interesting Info
Our programs include mental health assessments and support, educational assistance, parenting education, financial literacy coaching and life skills training.
Currently 75% of women experiencing homelessness are either pregnant or parenting.
Our goal is to be able to offer high quality, in-house childcare and expand our 'after care' program for those who have 'graduated' from CHH.
