Open Omaha returns to the Metro the weekend of August 3 and 4! 

Open Omaha gives you a behind-the-scenes look at more than 60 of the Omaha-Council Bluffs metro’s most fascinating spaces and places that shape our city. This one-weekend-only event is a city-wide open house and inspired by similar concepts that have grown into not-to-be-missed annual celebrations in cities like Denver, Minneapolis, and Chicago.

This event would not be possible without the help of over 150 community volunteers. Open Omaha volunteers serve as greeters for the venue that they are assigned. Wearing the provided Open Omaha t-shirt, volunteers help venue staff greet event attendees and keep track of attendance.

There are four shifts available: 

Saturday, August 3, 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Saturday, August 3, 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM

Sunday, August 4, 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM
