Nebraska Crossroads Music Festival is a celebration of culture through world-class music, taking place in Omaha and Lincoln from July 20 to August 2, 2025. There are many exciting opportunities to volunteer both before and during the festival!

📅 Volunteer Roles & Timeframes

✅ Before the Festival (June–July 2025):

• Distribute flyers and posters at events and local businesses
• Assist with promotional outreach in Omaha and Lincoln

✅ Transportation Support (July 25–August 2, 2025):

• Provide rides for guest artists:
  • To/from Eppley Airfield and Lincoln hotels
  • Between Omaha and Lincoln for rehearsals and concerts

✅ Day of Grand Showcase Concert (July 27, 12:00–8:00 PM):

• Distribute flyers and welcome materials
• Assist with crowd management
• Support artist hospitality (green room, refreshments, etc.)
• Help manage VIP areas
• Support merchandise sales
• Create and share social media posts before and during the concert
