Are you looking for meaningful ways to support individuals and families impacted by cancer in your community? NCS HOPE Foundation partners with area oncology and hematology facilities to provide critical financial assistance to patients undergoing treatment. Now, we invite you to get even more involved!
Description
Flowers for Hope Ambassadors bring joy and encouragement to cancer patients by assisting in creating and arranging beautiful flower vases each week
Requirements
- Agree to a background check, health screening, and drug test provided at no cost to volunteer
- Exhibit a patient, resourceful and friendly demeanor
- Capable of working with a diverse group of people
- Adhere to standards of quality, patient satisfaction and ethics
- Be available for at least once a month
- Be dependable and dedicated to fulfilling volunteer obligation
- Communicate to the volunteer coordinator as soon as possible regarding an absences
Training
- HIPPA and Privacy Rules training
- Environmental and Safety training
