Volunteer Opportunity:
Middle School or High School Group Mentor

A Group Mentor is matched with a group of up to four students and meets with their mentees twice a month and together they pursue career exploration and post-secondary planning. Curriculum is built to facilitate discussions about school attendance, credit recovery, post-secondary plans, and career options. Additionally, occasional group outings deepen the mentor/mentee relationship.
Program Commitment: One school year
Time Commitment: 1.5 hr, average of 2 times a month after school, September – June (school year)
Middle Schools: Lewis & Clark, McMillan, Marrs, Norris and Monroe
High Schools: Benson, Central, North, Northwest and South High School
