Help us get ready for Pitch Black 2025 that will be held at Embassy Suites by Hilton Omaha Downtown Old Market! The Midlands African Chamber is seeking volunteers to assist with important day-before preparations to ensure a smooth and successful event.
Volunteer Tasks Include:
- Packing event materials
- Assembling welcome bags
- Organizing event signage
- Assisting with setup and layout at the event venue
Perks include Complimentary ticket to the event, Free Pitch Black t-shirt, Food and beverages provided, Access to network with entrepreneurs, sponsors, and community leaders, Behind-the-scenes event experience.
Physical Needs: Light lifting and mobility required for transport and setup. Transportation may be provided for volunteers as needed.
