Ignatian Volunteer Corps of Omaha

Volunteer Opportunity:
Ignatian Volunteer Corps partners with local Service Agencies in Omaha
I'm Interested!

The Ignatian Volunteer Corps (IVC) is a faith-based, non-profit service organization founded to tap the rich, human resources of men and women in their 50s to 80s, who are semi- or fully retired, and who desire to offer their gifts, talents, wisdom and experience in direct service to the needs of the poor and marginalized.

One way to participate in IVC is t o become a Service Site. IVC desires agencies in which to place its increasing number of volunteers. If your agency serves the needs of the poor and/or addresses those structures impacting the poor, you may be eligible to receive an Ignatian Volunteer. Working together, IVC and its partner service sites work to relieve the painful effect of poverty in the lives of so many men, women, and children.
