Embracing the ICU

Holidays at the Hospital is one of our biggest initiatives.  We deliver donated meals and baked goods to parents at 4 of the local NICUs on the major holidays.  We are starting our second full year of this amazing opportunity. 

We are looking for someone to contact local bakeries and restaurants for donations of meals and baked goods for each holiday.  We have a current working database as well as look to grow our list of community partners.  This person would also be responsible for collecting logos from each of the donors for hospital flyers. Follow up with each donor including a thank you notes and donation receipts will be this person's responsibility. 

Board Members of Embracing the ICU currently deliver these items to the NICUs. 

Volunteer is asked to have solidified the donors at least 2 weeks prior to each holiday.  Donors can commit up to a year in advance if willing. Estimated time commitment is about 5-7 hours of contact time per holiday.
