Do you have a steady hand, a love for tools, and a heart for helping little ones travel safely? Then suit up as a Stroller Surgeon and help bring our beloved buggies back to life!
We’re looking for a handy volunteer to perform some much-needed stroller surgery by removing broken child safety straps and installing brand-new ones. We’ll provide all the tools you need—a screwdriver, hair dryer, and pliers—plus the replacement straps.
The repair will take place onsite at the Early Learning Center at Kennedy (3200 N 30th Street), where two buggies are ready for some TLC.
No need to go in blind—we’ve got step-by-step video guides to walk you through the process:

🔧 How to reinstall straps - Video 2
If you enjoy a good fix-it project and want to help ensure our littlest learners are riding safely and comfortably, this is the role for you. Become a Stroller Surgeon and make a big difference—one buckle at a time!
