Friends of the Bellevue Public Library

The Friends of the Bellevue Public Library have volunteered in the Book Sale Room in the library on Sundays for many years.

Two of our regular volunteers have had to cancel their schedule due to health and personal reasons.  We are currently seeking two individuals to help out in the book sale room.

Volunteer hours on Sunday in the Book Sale Room are from 1pm to 4pm.

The volunteer in the Book Sale Room at the library provides presence, answers questions,  and offers friendly conversation. The volunteer does not handle money or the actual filing of books.

Our volunteers work every other month for the three hour timeframe. We need volunteers for the third and fourth Sunday in the odd months (January, March, May, July, September and November). This is a total of only 18 hours a year!
