Lead the emergence of a 6 year old Non Profit, all Volunteer organization to a full time staffed NP.  Must seize the challenge, love guiding youth to their exposure to career opportunities in STEM Aviation.  Recent expansions in Aviation Education has created greater opportunities to grow this NP to be a fulltime staffed organization within 12 to 24 months.  The current Co-Founder & President wants to continue expanding and developing programs plus widen the reach to youth, age 8 to 17.  Recent inclusion programs have been developed to expand the reach to youth in the intercity where knowledge of opportunities is more limited but, the potential for finding critical labor to fill severe shortages in STEM Aviation has great promise.

We have a store-front in the Oak View Mall which serves as our main public interface location however, our programs take us to where ever we need to meet groups of youth to carry out our mission.  We do a lot of Career Fairs, Presentations, Work Shops and anything that can engage youth.  We are dependent upon design programs using our affiliates to carry them out.  The best description of us is, we are Facilitators and Designers of Engaging STEM Aviation programs.  While we do have a store front location that can be utilized as much as possible a lot of work can be done from virtually anywhere.  As we transition from Volunteer to Full Time paid staff, work commitment would be expected to ratchet up to meet increasing position demands.
