What We Do
YouTurn (YT) is a violence prevention organization committed to using evidence-based strategies of suppression, intervention, prevention, mediation, and education to deter violence among adolescents and young adults aged12 to 25+ years. YT believes that the prevalence of violence (guns, gangs, domestic and intimate partner violence and sex-trafficking) is a key indicator of the health and well-being of our community. YT understands that youth are resilient, and with the support of community-based service providers, youth can "turn their lives around" and chart a new course of personal achievement and success.

- YouTurn has provided 1-on-1 intensive case management for more than 250 adolescents and young adults and mentoring and advocacy for more than 2,000 HS students.
