Omaha Skills Connection

Omaha Skills Connection is a non-profit organization established as a result of the post pandemic era to help bridge the skills gap between education, technology and today’s workforce. Omaha needs an educated, flexible and dynamic workforce in today’s knowledge based economy.  We do this by:

1. Create Collaborative Partnerships We partner with local businesses and non-profits to provide a pipeline to skilled trade opportunities that put people to work.

2. Empowerment We create change that empowers participants and local businesses with the tools and skills to change people’s lives, especially those most in need. 

3. Transformation We connect talent with opportunity encouraging successful participants to inspire each other, share successes, learn, build, and transform lives through mentoring.
