What We Do

The Omaha Sister Cities Association (OSCA) is a 501c3 organization promoting citizen diplomacy between Omaha and our sister cities located in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. We enhance our community’s global awareness through cultural, educational, humanitarian and economic development connections. Omaha's sister cities are: Shizuoka, Japan; Braunschweig, Germany; Siauliai, Lithuania; Naas, Ireland; Xalapa, Mexico; Yantai, China; Isigny-Omaha Intercom, Normandy, France; and Carlentini, Italy.  In 2024, OSCA added the 8th sister city when it signed an agreement with Carlentini, Italy.
