What We Do

North Omaha Collective is excited to collaborate with the community to offer personalized training sessions that introduce the principles of Healing Centered Engagement (HCE) to groups of all sizes.

Healing Centered Engagement (HCE) training emphasizes a holistic approach to the growth and development of youth. By participating in HCE training, your team will be equipped with the skills to effectively identify and nurture the resilience of youth. Through collaboration we want to empower you to shift your perspective from solely focusing on problem-solving to embracing a mindset of limitless possibilities. Additionally, HCE training will foster trust and strengthen relationships between youth and your team.

HCE principles is also instrumental in fostering family and community bonds.  North Omaha Collective’s HCE training addresses systemic issues like trauma, social toxins, poverty, racism, bias, and inequality. HCE training is designed to build a culture of caring that promotes well-being and builds thriving families and communities.

After completing the Healing Centered Engagement (HCE) training, individuals may continue their HCE learning by participating in additional HCE training and conversations offered by North Omaha Collective.  These collective learning opportunities are designed to create a necessary space where individuals expand their knowledge and skills in HCE and focus on how best to integrate HCE in all aspects of their personal and professional lives.

Healing Centered Engagement is a journey that begins with the completion of training! Our slogan "healed individuals create healed communities" speaks to our mission, our vision, and out desired impact in our community.

Interesting Info
  • The Principles of Healing Centered Engagement focus on developing our skills in five areas: Culture, Agency, Relationships, Meaning, and Aspirations.a
  • The Four Pivots anchor our HCE training: Lens to Mirror, Transactional to Transformative, Problem to Possibility, and Hustle to Flow.
  • HCE is more than training. It is a process that if embraced will impact how individuals in any setting communicate, plan, work and growth together.
