NeighborWorks® Home Solutions stimulates revitalization of neighborhoods by creating quality affordable housing choices in the communities we serve.

NeighborWorks® Home Solutions (NWHS) envisions a community in which all people have an affordable home to call their own, enhancing their quality of life. NWHS values working with integrity, ethical decision-making, responsibility for good stewardship, and collaboratively for the greater good.

Through community organizing and in partnership with NeighborWorks® America Community Leadership Institute Training, NWHS strives to build strong community leaders. We do this through a structured holistic approach to community engagement that is driven by what people want - and need - to improve their neighborhood and quality of life. We listen, we train, we collaborate, we plan, and we respond.

As a result, NWHS currently owns and manages 360 units of high-quality housing where people live affordably, safely, and with dignity. With the integration of the Infill and Workforce New Construction programs, we are able to build affordable, energy-efficient homes for homeownership, help revitalize deteriorating neighborhoods, and improve quality of life - thus bringing new life to older neighborhoods. We incorporate intensive financial and homeownership counseling to prepare new homeowners for a long-term successful homeownership experience.
