What We Do

Nebraska Babywearing Alliance (NEBA)'s mission is to build the bond between babies and caregivers through the art of babywearing.

NEBA offers two free monthly educational meetings and free access to an online Facebook discussion page (Nebraska Babywearing Alliance Chat & Support). This community brings a sense of camaraderie and virtual or in-person assistance to our local babywearing world.

DUE TO COVID-19, MEETINGS ARE CURRENTLY DRIVE-THRU FOR CARRIER PICK UP.

NEBA also offers an infant-preschool carrier lending library that maintains a variety of carrier types. This lending library is free to learn with during meetings and carriers are available to borrow on a monthly basis for $30/year.

Interesting Info

Access to NEBA's carrier lending library is free for foster families.
Babywearing triggers oxytocin production to aid in caregiver and infant bonding.
NEBA's educational support assists caregivers in learning babywearing skills, a valuable tool in a parenting toolbox.
