What We Do
My Sister's Keeper is the first support group for women of color diagnosed with breast cancer based in Omaha. My Sister's Keeper provides support, advocacy and education regarding breast cancer as it relates to women of color. My Sister's Keeper provides a safe environment where women of color can share their survival stories, learn about their treatment options, and find allies in their battle against breast cancer. We provide education, assessments, mammograms, and support services to African-American women in the local area. We are also partnering with medical/research institutions on clinical trials for new treatment modalities.
