What We Do
Through recreational programs, support groups and community outreach, the Midwest YouCan Foundation helps people with epilepsy establish meaningful relationships, strengthen self-confidence and explore their independence with a focus on all the things they can do — as individuals and as members of a supportive community. As our flagship program, Camp YouCan helps campers step out of their comfort zone in a fun, safe environment — all in the company of other campers who understand the day-to-day challenges of living with epilepsy. Every experience is designed to help our campers build self-confidence, develop meaningful relationships and discover a world of dreams they can achieve.
