What We Do

Metropolitan Science & Engineering Fair (MSEF) provides a venue for all grade 6-12 students to showcase their own investigations of STEM concepts that contribute to the understanding of our world and universe. Projects are judged by area college instructors and practicing professionals in the project's field. MSEF serves as the regional qualifier for the Nebraska Junior Academy's (NJAS) state science fair. The top 6 MSEF projects from each division will compete in the NJAS Science Fair competition. The top projects at NJAS are invited to present and be published by the American Junior Academy of Sciences.
