What We Do

The Latino Center of the Midlands (LCM) is an education and social service nonprofit located South Omaha, the heart of Omaha’s Latino community. Our work is rooted in advocacy for and service to Omaha’s Latino community. Our three major programs, Family and Community Well-Being, Pathways to Success, and Workforce Education and Innovation impact over 2,500 individuals and families a year.

We served over 2,500 individuals in 2020 thanks to the support from this amazing community.
In 2020, our two urban farming initiatives grew over 21,000 pounds of produce for the community.
201 families received CARES Act Relief funding through the Latino Center.
