What We Do

Ixim: Spirit of Solidarity serves the migrant community in Omaha, particularly the Mayan and Guatemalan communities. We provide direct assistance, immigrations assistance, and education support.

We also connect with the home communities of those we serve through a sister relationship with Mayan communities in Guatemala.

Interesting Info

We have served thousands of immigrant Mayan and Guatemalan people in the Omaha area.
We recently made and distributed 3,000 masks across the Omaha to community groups serving the migrant community.
We strive to provide ongoing educational support to children of migrants.
