Its all about Employment

Established in 2022, our Executive Director recognized a need in the community while giving employment talks at a local shelter. He noticed the difficult transition from homelessness and addiction to becoming sober and working towards independence.  

  IAAE will guide those on their journey to become employment ready and be able to work and improve their lives.  We partner with agencies around the community to help individuals overcome barriers so they can move forward with their employment goals. Once an individual is ready to find meaningful employment, IAAE works with employers to help them find opportunities.  It’s All About Employment also provides continued support to ensure successful employment.

We will also provide short-term solutions of employment while working towards their long-term goals.

In 2024 we have begun our Mowing program. Low cost lawn service to help those getting back on their feet by earning money and getting back into a work routine.

Providing low cost lawn service and yard clean up.  Every yard we do, will help the individuals we serve and provide income to those trying to get back into the workforce and prevent homelessness. 

We also can do other odd jobs including but not limited to the following:

• Mow
• Raking
• Weed eat
• Pull Weeds
• Clean up yard waste, such as limbs, etc. 
• Dig holes for projects
• Clean out garages
• Clean out storage units
• Pass out flyers
