What We Do

Ironhawk Juniors Triathlon (IHJ) engages the youth of our community in physical fitness through a FREE triathlon training program. IHJ inspires our youth to get moving and accomplish what seems impossible. We make it a priority to be an ethnically, economically and physically diverse youth organization, to always be kind, and to create a positive from a negative. We provide free bikes, helmets, shoes, swimsuits and gear, a 7 week program that included snacks, and a final event.

Ironhawk Juniors Triathlon was created in 2018 to build confidence and empower girls 8-14 years old.

Interesting Info

We have taught 100+ kids how to swim, 110+ how to ride a bike and 450 Juniors have completed a triathlon.
We have given away 30 swimsuits, 300 helmets, 150 bikes, 100 pairs of running shoes.
To always have enough equipment to give away to all of our participants.
