What We Do
Feline Friendz in Nebraska is an all volunteer, true no kill rescue operation. The only reason a cat would be put down is in the case of a serious/non curable medical condition. All cats in the care of FFiNE will receive full veterinary care, including spay/neuter, all vaccinations and testing for feline leukemia and FIV infection. Thankfully, FFiNE is not the only rescue group in the Omaha area dedicated solely to felines and Trap, Neuter, Return (TNR). Check out cats/kittens available for adoption: FelineFriendz.org/adoption
Interesting Info
- Trap, Neuter, and Return or TNR is our main goal, but we always end up with adoptables.
- In 2023 we helped 771 cats and adopted out 218 cats/kittens. Average has been 600 per year.
- We do TNR daily to lessen the number of cats outside in our community and have NO paid employees.
