Envision Academy is a strengths-based, Christ-centered elementary school that is working to open in North Omaha. The mission of Envision Academy is to provide exceptional education through an innovative, unique learning environment, which celebrates the strengths of each individual. We empower our students to become independent thinkers, confident collaborators, and life-long learners who are in pursuit of their God-given purpose.
We are currently in Phase One of our organization. This includes: raising funds so that we are able to open our school and provide scholarships for our students, expanding our Board, and partnering with other nonprofits to teach kids about strengths. We believe that helping a child learn what their strengths are and how to use them is key to their success. Not only will this help them to thrive throughout their lives, but it will enable them to help others. Knowing who we are and what we can do is empowering.
- We are currently partnering with the North Omaha Good News Bears, teaching students ages 4-18 about strengths.
- When we open, Envision Academy will have multi-age classrooms and will be a year-round school.
- Traditional education is not for everyone. We want to offer another option for families.
