Cross Training Center

Cross Training Center equips and empowers unemployed and undereducated youth and adults so they can gain employment and become financially independent. We specialize in helping those who have experienced challenging circumstances such as domestic abuse, human trafficking, incarceration, homelessness and generational poverty. We provide vocational training and hands-on work experience that can be listed on job applications. Our students learn through real job experiences at our operating businesses – Cross Electronic Recycling, Redeemed Computers & Electronics and Cross Social Hall.  All of our operations provide valuable services to the community while helping other overcome poverty.
