For All Counseling offers high-quality, affordable mental health evaluations to low-income individuals navigating immigration and asylum proceedings. Our team of trained therapists specializes in immigration evaluations and provides language-accessible services to ensure that immigrants and asylum seekers have access to the mental health evaluations they need for their legal cases. All of our therapists speak Spanish, and we coordinate and cover interpreter costs for clients who speak other languages.
A mental health evaluation can be a crucial piece of evidence in immigration and asylum cases, helping to document trauma, explain mental health diagnoses, and highlight the impact of family separation. Without a psychosocial evaluation, an individual's story may never be fully heard by the courts. We work at the intersection of mental health, law, and immigration to expand access to care, promote equity, and ensure that mental health is considered in legal decisions.
Your donation directly funds our sliding scale program and general operations, allowing us to provide subsidized evaluations for those who need them most. Together, we can break down barriers to care and increase equity within our mental health and legal systems.
