2. Community Engagement: Interact with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Foster meaningful connections with our followers to build trust and support for our shelter's mission.
3. Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute social media campaigns to promote adoption events, fundraisers, and educational programs. Collaborate with our team to develop creative strategies that resonate with our audience and drive participation.
4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to evaluate the performance of our social media efforts. Use insights gathered to refine our strategy and optimize content for maximum impact.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and outreach teams to align social media initiatives with overall organizational goals. Share ideas, provide feedback, and contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
