The SSVP Omaha's "Garden Angels" help plant, grow and harvest fresh produce which are made available to neighbors in need through our food pantry. 

Experience is not necessary.

The garden is located on the south side of the SSVP's Food Pantry (and adjacent thrift store) at 2101 Leavenworth Street. Garden Angels volunteers work the garden in teams on Wednesday and Saturday mornings for two hours, beginning in mid-April and ending in mid-October of each year.
