Youth Assembly Prep (Operation Christmas)

Join us in spreading holiday cheer as a Packing Assistant for The Salvation Army Christmas Assemblies! Our Youth Department will be visiting 15 elementary schools this season, bringing joy and festive performances to over 5,000 students. We need your help to prepare water bottles with goodies and informational materials that each student will take home after the presentation. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the impact our Youth Department makes in local schools while contributing to a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in assembling and packing water bottles of goodies and information for students following the Christmas Assemblies.
  • Work alongside team members and other volunteers to ensure all materials are organized and prepared efficiently.
  • Help maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere while assembling the water bottles.
  • Engage with fellow volunteers and learn more about The Salvation Army's Youth Department and their initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Open to volunteers aged 15 and older; families and younger helpers are welcome!
  • No specific experience required—just a willingness to help and have fun!
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively.
