Join us in making the holiday season brighter for families in need by volunteering with our Adopt a Family Program! We are seeking compassionate and dedicated volunteers to help collect, organize, and distribute gifts for families. Your support will ensure that every family receives the joy of giving during this special time of year.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gift Collection:
   • Assist in gathering gifts from sponsors and ensuring they are appropriately labeled and sorted.
   • Help set up and maintain the collection area for incoming gifts.
2. Inventory and Organization:
   • Inventory and organize all collected gifts to ensure everything is accounted for and easily accessible.
   • Categorize gifts by family and age group to facilitate efficient distribution.
3. Family Check-In:
   • Welcome families as they arrive to pick up their gifts, verifying their information and confirming their gift allocations.
   • Provide assistance and answer any questions families may have about the process.
4. Gift Distribution:
   • Help families carry their gifts to their vehicles, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience.
   • Maintain a friendly and respectful demeanor, fostering a welcoming environment.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm for helping others and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes (up to 25 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.
