Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service

Americans will once again honor the memory and message of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through a national Day of Service, led by the Corporation for National and Community Service, on January 16, 2023.
Dr. King once said, “Life’s most urgent and persistent question is: what are you doing for others?” He challenged us to build a more perfect union and taught us that everyone has a role to play in making America what it ought to be. We need citizens to help renew our nation through service – on the King Holiday, and throughout the year.
So make this a day ON, not a day off! We are looking for volunteers to help with post-Christmas toy sorting and/or inventory. Thank you for making a difference!
