Volunteer Opportunity:
Make Mental Health Awareness Boards for Local Schools!

This opportunity has passed.

For Mental Health Awareness month, we wanted to build on our goal of providing schools with activities that promote strong mental health, and so we are providing Omaha metro area schools with "Take What You Need" boards. We know the end of the school year can be stressful for students, so with this initiative we wanted to make sure there was no work involved for them. With finals, graduations, and big decisions looming, this can be a particularly stressful time for students, so our volunteers are creating these boards for teachers/administrators to take back to their school and put in their office or a hallway so students can "take what they need" during this stressful time of year.

For this volunteer task, you would write encouraging messages and create the poster boards based off the current poster board examples we already have.
