Volunteer Opportunity:
Make a House a Home for a Refugee Family
I'm Interested!

As a Home Set-Up Volunteer, you'll play a crucial role in helping newly arrived individuals and families settle into their new homes. Your assistance in arranging furniture, organizing essentials, and creating a warm, welcoming environment is valuable in making our newest neighbors feel at home. The Furniture Project, our community partner, will supply the furniture, household items, and delivery assistance. Your team will meet at the location of the set-up, unload the furniture from the delivery truck, and arrange it with your personal welcoming touches. It's a fun team-building opportunity!

If you are interested, you can also buy the first week's groceries for the family through a pre-made culturally appropriate grocery list.
