Create a cleaner community and a better environment by conducting a Litter Cleanup. KOB helps coordinate volunteer groups to pick up litter in local neighborhoods and public areas throughout Omaha. Cleanup locations generally consist of local parks, trails, or neighborhoods. Sign up to volunteer, then schedule a time to pick up supplies from our office. Supplies provided may include: litter collection tools, recycling & trash bags, and disposable gloves. To conduct a litter cleanup, please contact us at least one week in advance. We'll help you coordinate supply pick up and/or the location for your cleanup. The actual date, time, duration, and location of your cleanup is totally up to you and can be conducted according to your schedule. The dates below are examples, but other dates for self-led projects can be scheduled according to volunteer preferences.
Please ensure you sign up 7 days in advance of your date to allow us to gather and confirm materials for you or your group. This volunteer opportunity is weather permitting - rescheduling is an option. Thank you kindly.
