Go Beyond answered the challenges of the pandemic by building a remarkable Volunteer Leadership team - people who give of their expertise, passion and resources to help make this extraordinary mission possible. NOT folding t-shirts, but taking ownership over a part of the organization that aligns with a Volunteer Leaders' profession/talents. Partnering with staff and the Board, Volunteer Leaders are a critical part of Go Beyond and lead efforts including: Camp Program development and implementation; Camper Retreat development and hosting; Financial Management; Web/Technology support; Camp work crews in Wyoming; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy development and implementation; and so much more. The Volunteer Leaders are often the Board Members of the future!
