Pantry Garden Angels

The Pantry's "Garden Angels" help plant and grow fresh produce for our food pantry.
Experience is not necessary.
The garden is located on the south side of the SSVP's Food Pantry (and adjacent thrift store) at 2101 Leavenworth Street. Volunteers / "Garden Angels" work the garden in teams on Wednesday and Saturday mornings for two hours. Duties include planting, weeding, watering and harvesting.
Generally, this volunteer opportunity begins in mid-April and ends in mid-October of each year.
You may volunteer as often as you wish...once a week, twice a month, or on a one-time basis.
