Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging (ENOA)

Help us Deliver: Nutrition (a hot balanced meal), Support (allows aging adult to stay in their homes), Security (provides a safety net to check on those who do not answer), A Smile (a smile and the knowledge that you may be the only person the recipient sees that day!)

Meals on Wheels volunteers deliver midday meals and a friendly greeting to home-bound older adults in Fremont.  We are looking for regular volunteers to help
 as well as volunteers to be on our substitute list.

We currently have routes open on all weekdays (Monday through Friday) and you choose what works for you! (Once a month, once or more a week , daily, or when needed.)

Meals are picked up at the Fremont Friendship Center and delivered along a pre-determined route directly to the homes of older adults. 

Routes have 5-10 stops and are delivered between 11am and 1pm

Volunteers are enrolled through an application and screening process before getting set up with a route.  We'd love to meet you and get you started on a feel-good, meaningful volunteer role!
