• Coordinate with individuals, businesses, and community organizations to pick up and collect the donated items for the silent and live auctions.
• Assist with organizing and inventorying the item collection.
• Coordinate and communicate regularly with the Event Coordinator. 
• Assist in the photography and uploading to the fundraising platform, Givebutter.
