Come hang out and make new friends of All Abilities who are currently in the 18-21 year old Transistion program from school to college or who have graduated or aged out of high school and are learning about being a young adult 21 years old and older. These are opportunties to have fun while working alongside individuals with disabilities who are looking to make new friends and have new opportunities while participating in typical activities folks their ages do.
