All Care Health Center provides affordable, comprehensive, high quality health care to the entire community, while focusing services on the most vulnerable and underserved.
As a nonprofit health center, All Care offers medical, dental, mental health, women's health, and social services, as well as in-house x-ray services, an in-house lab, and an on-site pharmacy - complete with local delivery and/or curb-side pick up. Services to make health care attainable for all, include an income-based sliding fee scale, free local transportation via a handicapped accessible van, and health insurance enrollment services. Over 20% of All care's staff is bilingual, and ready to assist the local Hispanic population.
In the fall of 2022, All Care rolled out mobile medical healthcare to students, student families, and staff of the Council Bluffs Community School District.
All Care Health Center is focused on increasing access to care in 2024. Joel Dougherty, All Care’s CEO, said it best. “It’s not about bringing in more dollars; it’s about seeing more people. The more people we see, the more people who are well.” All Care truly wants everyone to know that there is assistance available to work through barriers in the way of receiving healthcare.
