Launch Leadership's Summer Leadership Workshops have been running for over 60 years. Workshop is a five-day, four-night, fun-packed, experiential leadership experience for students entering grades 6–12, hosted on Doane University's campus in Crete, Nebraska.
Launch Workshop brings out the best in students. We’ve developed an endlessly supportive environment that enables student leaders to let go of their day-to-day baggage and be the best version of themselves. Students are challenged to better understand themselves, those around them, and the impact they can make as leaders, all through a bunch of hands-on activities. Our activities are created to make students think, not tell them how to think, nor to give them all of the answers.
