At Ease USA Forge Ahead 5K

It’s back!  The At Ease USA Forge Ahead 5k is making its return and doing so during PTSD Awareness month in June.  This event is an opportunity for families and individuals to raise awareness of the challenges surrounding our military and medical heroes suffering from PTSD, moral injury and suicidal ideations as well as the services provided by AEU.  The race builds community and lets those suffering know they are not alone.  Join us at Walnut Creek Recreation Area on June 14, 2025 for a morning of running, walking and strolling around the lake!

Registration begins at 8:00 am and the race begins at 9:00 am.
